Order terms that are easy to read.

.blackout provides custom Roblox ER:LC and community-related services, including but not limited to:

• ELS designs
• Graphics
• Vehicle liveries
• Uniforms
• Logos
• Discord server setup and design
• Discord bot services
• Alting services
• Other Roblox, ER:LC, or community-related design services

All services are custom-made based on the details, references, and requirements provided by the customer.

Full payment is required before any work begins.

An order will not be started until payment has been received and confirmed. By submitting payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Prices may vary depending on the complexity, size, deadline, and specific requirements of the order.

If the customer chooses to pay with Robux, the customer is responsible for covering all Roblox marketplace taxes, fees, or deductions.

The final amount received by .blackout must equal the agreed service price after Roblox deductions. If Roblox takes a percentage from the payment, the customer must send enough Robux to cover the tax so .blackout receives the full agreed amount.

Orders will not begin until the full after-tax payment has been received and confirmed.

All sales are final.

Due to the custom nature of our services, .blackout does not provide refunds under any circumstances once payment has been made.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Changing your mind after payment
• No longer needing the service
• Failing to provide the required information
• Delays caused by the customer
• Disliking the final product after it was completed based on the provided requirements
• Leaving the server or ending communication after payment

Customers are responsible for making sure they want to proceed before submitting payment.

Customers must provide clear and complete order details before work begins. This may include references, colors, logos, text, department names, style examples, Discord requirements, bot features, server structure, and any other necessary information.

.blackout is not responsible for mistakes, delays, or misunderstandings caused by unclear, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

If the required information is not provided, the order may be delayed or placed on hold until the customer responds.

Minor revisions may be offered depending on the order and the stage of completion.

Revisions must be reasonable and related to the original request. Major changes, redesigns, or requests that were not included in the original order may require an additional payment.

Once the final product has been approved or delivered, additional changes may not be included for free.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the order, designer or developer availability, workload, and customer response time.

.blackout will make reasonable efforts to complete orders in a timely manner; however, delivery times are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon before payment.

Delays may occur due to workload, personal availability, technical issues, development issues, platform issues, or lack of communication from the customer.

Customers are expected to remain respectful, patient, and professional throughout the entire order process.

Harassment, spamming, rushing, threats, chargeback threats, or disrespectful behavior toward any .blackout staff member, designer, or developer may result in cancellation of the order without a refund.

All order communication must be handled through official .blackout channels, such as the ticket system or another approved communication method.

Once the service has been fully paid for and delivered, the customer may use the completed product for their Roblox server, group, Discord server, or community.

However, .blackout reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, advertisements, showcases, social media posts, or other promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon before the order begins.

Customers may not resell, redistribute, leak, claim full original authorship, or use the delivered work in a way that harms the reputation of .blackout.

For Discord bot or technical service orders, the customer may be required to provide necessary details such as server requirements, feature requests, permissions, hosting information, API keys, or other setup information.

.blackout is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, Discord updates, Roblox or ER:LC updates, hosting providers, API outages, customer-side changes, or misuse of the delivered service.

Additional support, hosting, updates, or maintenance after delivery may require an extra fee unless previously included in the original order agreement.

By purchasing alting services from .blackout, the customer understands that such services may involve third-party accounts, platforms, or systems outside of .blackout's control.

.blackout is not responsible for account restrictions, bans, platform enforcement actions, access loss, or any consequences caused by customer usage after delivery.

All alting service sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or compensation unless specifically agreed upon before purchase.

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or attempts to reverse payment after purchasing a service are strictly prohibited.

Any customer who files a false chargeback or payment dispute may be permanently blacklisted from ordering from .blackout in the future.

.blackout reserves the right to provide proof of payment, order details, communication records, and completed work to the payment platform or relevant parties.

.blackout reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue any order at our discretion.

An order may be canceled without a refund if the customer violates these Terms of Service, fails to provide required information, becomes disrespectful, requests work outside the original agreement, or stops responding for an extended period of time.

By opening a commission ticket, placing an order, or submitting payment to .blackout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
